很優質的飯店，早餐是正統英式早餐。房間有重新裝潢過，整體很新，飯店的服務人員也很清切，有問題都會幫忙解決。

Great location. Faultless service. Breakfast, near excellent (no black pudding). Would definitely be my first choice when next staying in Bournemouth.

Only wanted continental breakfast ham was dry cheese hard and curled up 9.10 and all pastries are gone .small pieces of bread hard and dry .used this hotel 17 times now and it's been lovely. What's changed ?

Rien n'a dire, je ne peux que conseiller cet hotel. Vu sur la mer, une chambre impeccable. Service bienveillant et attentionnés.

Though it's an old building, they have kept it neat and tidy, except the carpets. The shower room was clean, and the room was spacious. Breakfast was decent. It's slightly costlier for me, but season time.

Good location to beach，but terrible service. As a 4-star hotel with high holiday price，you cannot store your luggage. Old and bad amenities, a king bed is constructed by two single bed. My friend even drop in the gap between two beds. Sea view room is at floor one, you can see nothing of sea,because the front of window is shadowed by the trees. I will never choose this anymore!

早餐不錯，有停車場，可以加床帶孩子。酒店對顧客特別貼心客氣。我們1月17日很晚從倫敦希思羅機場趕到酒店，戴眼鏡的前台很熱情接待我們，還幫我們拿行李送到房間。我們是來參加國標舞比賽，原本訂了4天酒店，但老師讓早來1天，後來我們又加訂了1天。住完1天，因為房型問題必須換房再住4天，我們大包小包的不想折騰，一個女性主管lady leader,特別貼心，幫我們換到隔壁，非常方便；我們定的雙床，但是新房間是單床大床房，為了我們方便，就加了1張床，我們非常感謝。而且後面幾天，她還來問候我們住的是否舒適，特別熱情周到。希望以後再來參加UK OPEN 比賽時還住這家賓館！

Great location for daytime but not so much for night. Very noisy outside until at least 3am. We had a family room and it was excellent. Loads of space in the main bedroom and then a separate bedroom with two single beds. Beds were really comfortable. We only ate breakfast in the hotel which was buffet style. Large selection available and it was very good. The car parking at the hotel wasn’t great. We had to drop our cases then find alternative parking. This was not easy as all nearby car parks were full - cheerleading competition on at BIC. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.
